The College was proposing the construction of a 16,620 square feet addition to Humber’s Centre for Trades &Technology and select renovations that included:

• Relocation and reconfiguration of Humber’s Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning (HRAC) labs 

• Allowed for increased enrolment in several programs while ensuring ongoing health and safety

• Removal of accessibility barriers and addressed gender equity concerns
  (i.e. through additions such as gender neutral washrooms)

• Implemented alternative methods of course delivery (i.e. balanced on-line/on-campus; use of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality simulations, etc.)
