The College proposed a 16,620 sq. ft. addition to Humber’s Centre for Trades and Technology, along with targeted renovations to support evolving program needs.

The project included relocating and upgrading HRAC labs to increase enrolment while maintaining safety standards, addressing accessibility and gender equity through features such as gender-neutral washrooms, and supporting flexible learning through online integration and VR/AR simulations.
