Durham College Recreation & Wellness Centre

BBA served as the prime architectural and structural engineering consultant for this design-build project, delivering a 97,000 sq ft recreational facility. The building features a triple gymnasium with 2,000 spectator seats, a 10,000 sq ft fitness, aerobics, and training centre, and supporting amenities.

The facility also includes a Wellness Centre, offering a medical clinic, counselling services, physiotherapy, and a pharmacy for students and faculty.
