The design places the book collection along the perimeter walls to form a grand reading hall, blending collection and patron space into a comfortable, interactive environment. Lower, waist-height shelving defines distinct zones while providing over 1,000 linear feet of shelving integrated with reading, work, and circulation areas.

This library addition creates a modern, welcoming space for Tottenham residents of all ages, supporting social interaction, community programming, and opportunities for learning and discovery.
