The Region of Peel was seeking the services of an architectural firm to provide full architectural and professional consulting services for the design and construction administration of the second floor expansion of the Mavis Road Public Works Yard in the City of Mississauga.

The expansion includes approximately 395 sq. m. for additional office and administration space on the second floor over the existing outdoor patio and paramedic facility. It also includes modifications to the current building systems, and site adjustments.
