Oshawa Power was seeking the services of an architectural and engineering firm to provide full architectural and engineering consulting services for the design and construction administration of the proposed new office and warehouse facility located in North Oshawa.

The office includes many multi-use and flexible spaces for an evolving company to change with time. Open office spaces, flexible meeting rooms, and a multi-use cafeteria area allow for this flexibility in all areas of the building.
