Durham College Skills Training Centre Expansion

Durham College required design-build services to expand the Skills Training Centre at its Whitby campus (1610 Champlain Ave). The approximately 58,500 sq. ft. addition is planned to include new laboratories, workshops, classrooms, and administrative spaces.
