Trent University selected Barry Bryan Associates to design the Durham Region Campus Expansion, featuring a bold, distinctive building with expanded academic space across two floors and an additional four floors of student residence, providing 200 beds.

BBA refined and redeveloped the concept to enhance aesthetics, street presence, and community identity, while also improving accessibility (AODA compliance), barrier-free design, and overall project quality.
