Toronto Hydro Head Office

This nine-storey historically designated building, with basement and penthouse, is located in the Historic Yonge Street Heritage Conservation District and was constructed in 1931. Its structure combines steel, poured concrete, and concrete-clay tile flooring systems.

BBA and consultants were engaged to design and manage a multi-phase repair and renovation program, serving as Prime Heritage Consultant, conducting facility inspections and condition audits, coordinating assessments by other consultants, managing permits and regulatory approvals, and providing architectural services for the 6th-floor renovation and fit-out.
