The project consisted of a series of six interior/exterior renovation phase for an existing office building that the City of Brampton had purchased and was renting out to different city affiliated departments.

The renovation entailed the creation of a new universal washroom, interior fit out on the 2nd floor, interior fit out of the ground floor and exterior accessibility upgrades at the existing podium. The interior fit out called for new floor finishes , paint finishes, kitchenette complete with new millwork and plumbing fixtures. Ergonomic workstations and collaborative common areas were key elements of the design. The scheme on the ground floor and 2nd floor are consistent with one another to give the building a unifying look.
