The project involved a series of six phased interior and exterior renovations to an existing office building acquired by the City of Brampton and occupied by various City-affiliated departments.

Upgrades included the addition of a universal washroom, interior fit-outs on both the ground and second floors, and exterior accessibility improvements at the existing podium. Interior work featured new flooring and paint finishes, a kitchenette with custom millwork and updated plumbing fixtures, as well as ergonomic workstations and collaborative common areas. A consistent design approach was applied across both floors to create a cohesive and unified environment throughout the building.
