Oshawa City Hall

The Oshawa City Hall project was delivered using a Construction Management approach, with close coordination between BBA and the City’s construction managers. Careful planning and staging were essential to minimize disruption to ongoing municipal operations.

Completed in multiple phases, the redevelopment included renovations across several floors and departments within the existing building, as well as the demolition and replacement of the original Council Chambers. The project also involved upgrades to the exterior landscape and plaza, along with waterproofing of the below-grade parking garage.
