Productivity Improvement Centre

BBA initially modernized PIC in 2001–2002, updating HVAC, electrical systems, and establishing a new corporate image.

With increased staffing and a new call centre, the building was doubled in size with a three-storey office wing featuring modern office and call centre design, including “pods and hives” and themed “time-out” spaces on each floor. The warehouse uses tilt-up construction with long-span joists, while site work included relocating services, parking, loading docks, and trailer parking.
