Marine Services Facility Kingston

BBA, working for Infrastructure Ontario, designed an 18,000 sf facility in Kingston for the repair and maintenance of marine service vessels, including transport ferries serving local islands.

After completing a feasibility study, BBA prepared the full design and construction documents. The single-storey building, founded on bedrock, is part of an MTO-operated campus and includes offices, meeting rooms, maintenance and repair shops, storage garages, and staff facilities.
