Metro Label required a larger facility to support a 10-year growth plan, with LEED certification and multiple prominent building elevations.

The new facility uses recycled materials and low-energy HVAC systems. It features distinct façades facing Highway 401 and Progress Avenue, designed as primary elevations, and incorporates layered materials, textures, and colors throughout.
