The project consists of interior renovations within the existing arena, including the installation of rubber skate flooring and spatial reconfiguration to accommodate a new change room addition, along with associated site modifications. The scope includes six new team change rooms and one dedicated referee change room on the north side of the arena, each equipped with showers and washroom facilities.

These upgrades significantly enhance the overall functionality of the facility by increasing change room capacity to better support user demand. The project also includes essential support spaces such as mechanical and janitorial rooms, as well as a fully accessible universal washroom, improving both operational efficiency and accessibility.
