Fanshawe Medical Centre

The Richmond Hill Centre is a community medical facility with doctor suites, a pharmacy, and other healthcare spaces.

BBA consulted with the London Planning Department to ensure the centre fit within the existing neighbourhood. A cost analysis determined that an insulated concrete tilt-up building was the most economical solution and suited construction next to neighboring properties. The project was delivered using a construction management approach.
