Elgin Park Redevelopment Project

The development features alternating 4-plex and 6-plex buildings, totaling 40 units: 14 one-bedroom, 10 two-bedroom, 10 three-bedroom, and 6 four-bedroom. Rear parking is accessed via a service road, and the site includes a central park and designated garbage and recycling areas.

Designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, BBA worked closely with the County of Northumberland and stakeholders to define the schedule, deliverables, and methodology for successful project execution.
