Delpark Homes Centre

The design team collaborated closely with facility operators to integrate the needs of the ice arenas, aquatic and fitness spaces, seniors’ centre, and library into a cohesive facility.

Organized along a central spine, an interior streetscape creates visual connections between activity areas, enhanced by a public art program. Multiple entry points improve accessibility and contribute to an open, welcoming experience.

The seniors’ centre, children’s library, and civic spaces connect to outdoor courtyards, while a suspended running track weaves through the facility, reinforcing transparency and activity.

This project was completed in joint venture with HCMA Architecture + Design.
