The project addressed key legislative requirements, including improved accessibility, enhanced staff and patron safety, operational efficiencies, energy performance, and upgraded amenities to better serve residents.

Improvements included barrier-free access, family change rooms, upgrades to aquatics and customer service areas, increased natural light to the pool deck, electrical service upgrades, roofing replacement, and building envelope enhancements.
