Apeldoorn Park & Maintenance Facility

The City of Burlington selected BBA to provide architectural and structural design, working drawings, and contract administration for a new Maintenance Facility and community playground.

The facility includes storage for Parks Department vehicles and equipment, office and lunch areas, storage, and washrooms. The design complements the surrounding residential neighborhood with a “coach house” façade facing Elgin Street.
