The 440 Bloor Street East project in Oshawa is a transitional housing development for Durham Cornerstone. BBA designed a holistic facility that provides quality housing and outdoor amenity spaces, connecting the new building to the existing Durham Cornerstone apartments.

The project redevelops an underused parking lot adjacent to the organization’s three-storey housing project, supporting its continued growth and community impact.
