GTA Utility Operations Centre

The West End Service Centre was relocated to a new utility-owned site at 71 Rexdale Boulevard in Toronto. BBA provided architectural and structural engineering services in collaboration with Prime Consultants and interior designers Bennett Design Associates.

The project involved converting a former meat processing facility into 187,000 sf of office, warehouse, fleet storage, and maintenance space, accommodating approximately 450 staff.
