Durham Regional Police Whitby

BBA conducted a comprehensive analysis and developed a concept program along with site design options accommodating up to three buildings on a single site. The resulting master plan established overall land requirements and supported the acquisition of sufficient property to house a community office, multiple police support units, and future facilities including a property unit, shooting range, and EMS services.

BBA was subsequently retained to complete the final design of the Whitby Community Office, which includes spaces for the community office, volunteer services, court services, and specialized support units.
