The proposed affordable multi-residential housing development at 109 Colborne Street, Oshawa, will provide a much needed affordable housing to the City of Oshawa and Region of Durham in 2025. With housing for approximately one-hundred fifty (150) potential residents, 79 residential units which, with a consistent unit-mix typology of one and two-bedroom units.
