5 to 10 Years of Experience Required.
As a Project Manager at BBA, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing projects, ensuring they’re completed on-time and to an exceptionally high standard of quality. You will assist in the management of projects from conception to completion, working closely with colleagues, clients, designers, engineers and trades.
Primary responsibilities may include:
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Assist the project team in monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations.
Review work progress on daily basis, ensuring that contractual conditions of performance and quality are met.
Produce internal and external project status reports.
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
We are looking for a certified Project Management Professional preferably with OAA or PEO registration and a Bachelor’s Degree at minimum.
