Project Manager

5 to 10 Years of Experience Required.

 As a Project Manager at BBA, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing projects, ensuring they’re completed on-time and to an exceptionally high standard of quality. You will assist in the management of projects from conception to completion, working closely with colleagues, clients, designers, engineers and trades.

  • Primary responsibilities may include:

  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

  • Assist the project team in monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations.

  • Review work progress on daily basis, ensuring that contractual conditions of performance and quality are met.

  • Produce internal and external project status reports.

  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.

We are looking for a certified Project Management Professional preferably with OAA or PEO registration and a Bachelor’s Degree at minimum.
