As a Contract Administrator you will be responsible for organizing and administrating several aspects of contracting including, advertising, compiling tender packages, receiving and opening tenders, validating and recording data, researching, developing reports, provides advice and training, responding to inquires and maintaining files.
Primary responsibilities may include:
Overseeing field paperwork
Contract administration; managing contracts, scope changes, extras
Helping with budget and estimates as required
Working with clients and the design team, requesting information, contract clarification
Attending site visits and assisting in estimating
Project close out
We are looking for a registered a MAATO, OAA or PEO with preferred a Bachelors Degree. Must have a strong knowledge base of construction methodology, building assemblies, materials application and the Ontario Building Code.
