We are currently seeking qualified personnel for the following positions:

PROJECT STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

          

Minimum 4 year post secondary or equivalent education with an accredited university degree in Structural Engineering

and or Project Management.

Must be eligible or a registered Engineer with the Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Experience in handling all aspects of project management from proposal to warranty an asset.

Construction administration experience an asset.

5 years of experience in a small to medium size structural engineering/project management office, preferably with

design experience in industrial, commercial, residential and institutional types of buildings.  Experience MUST have

included involvement in the production of design drawings, working drawings, tender documents and budget

estimates.

Basic ability to use company drafting systems i.e. AutoCAD and company P.C.’s.

Must be able to work in a team environment.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills a must.

Full Time: 40 hours per week.

PROJECT ARCHITECT

Must be a registered Architect with the OAA with a reputation for excellence in design.

Minimum 5 years experience.

Consults with clients to determine requirements and is responsible for overall planning and design of the project.

Ensures the client services are provided in accordance with the project terms of reference.

Collaborates with the Principal Architect.

Coordinate the architectural portion of a project among the other staff and project team members.  Provides ongoing

support and assistance for all personnel.       

Possess strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and government regulations.

Prepare presentations for clients, produce and seal construction documents, produce all specifications, conduct site

review and supervision.

Sound skills in use of AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and Photoshop.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills a must.

Full Time:40 hours per week.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Must be registered with OALA.

5 to 10 years of experience

Skills with site grading/civil (site development) and asset.

Excellent landscape architecture design skills.

Must possess skills necessary to complete the project from the initial stage of meeting the clients, preparing design

concepts through to the construction stage.

Strong computer skills in AutoCAD.

Must be able to work in a team environment.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills a must.
